Stuffed Round Steak
Braise 1 large round steak on both sides. Cook 4 slices of bacon until crisp. (You better
cook more than 4 slices for some samples while preparing the round steak!) Remove and
crumble into small pieces. To 1 T of bacon fat add 3 slices of bread toasted and broken into
small pieces, 4 T green onions and white onions, 2 stalks celery, 1 apple cubed, 2 T bell
pepper, diced. Mix with bacon pieces and make a dressing. Put dressing on round steak and
roll up. Tie with string and place in baking pan. Bake at 350 until meat is tender. Slice in
1"slices and serve with gravy over rice or toast.
