BAR-B-Q Shrimp (in a skillet)
1 stick of butter or margarine
1 medium bell pepper chopped
2 medium onions chopped
1 small can of sliced mushrooms
6 ozs Cajun Power Garlic sauce
1 oz Cajun Power Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1 – 2 pounds shrimp
Onion tops and parsley to taste
Melt butter, add onions and bell peppers. Cook until tender. Add mushrooms and stir. Cook 3
minutes and add Cajun Power sauce, stir. Add shrimp. Reduce heat. Add onion tops and
simmer 10 – 15 minutes. Add parsley.
Fast easy and so good. Serve over rice or with French bread. The above recipe is a
wonderful homemade BBQ sauce (without the shrimp) - Two tablespoons of brown sugar may
be added.
