We have most of our Hot Sauces and Cajun Seasonings opened and ready for you to add to your Entree, if we didn't make it spicy enough for you. This is Minnesota after all! Gumbo with Andouille Sausage & Chicken

Chicken Etouffee
A delicious blend of white meat chicken, onions, bell peppers, celery and spices smothered in a succulent
tomato-based sauce used to create a stew-like meal. Served over white rice.
Shrimp Creole
A rich sauce with just the right amount of onions, bell peppers, celery, garlic, herbs & loads of shrimp help to
make this a Louisiana favorite quickly becoming a Minnesota favorite.
Jambalaya with Chicken & Andouille Sausage
Jambalaya is easily the most famous of all Cajun dishes, a very flavorful rice dish cooked with white meat chicken,
smoked Andouille sausage, red and green bell peppers & garlic and seasonings.
Red Beans & Rice with Andouille Sausage
Red beans simmered with seasonings and smoked sausage mixed with steamed white rice. Traditionally made on
Monday (laundry day) so that the dish could cook, unattended, all day while the wash was being done.
Cajun Spaghetti
A wonderful Cajun Spaghetti Sauce with fresh onions, bell peppers and loaded with Romano cheese. Seasoned to
perfection. Served over spaghetti noodles.
Sloppy Boudreaux
Some call him "Joe" but his real name is Sloppy Boudreaux. An excellent Cajun Sloppy Joe made with Cajun Power
Garlic Sauce, Lots of vegetables and Romano cheese.
Dirty Rice
A true Louisiana tradition. Fluffy white rice made to look dirty by blending cooked ground beef, green and red
bell peppers, onion, garlic and seasonings. Topped with Smoked Andouille Sausage.
