Our Take Out menu will be alternating between a few Cajun Classics like Jambalaya, Dirty Rice and Red Beans & Rice. And will eventually include
Etouffee, Gumbo and a few others.  We now have most of our Hot Sauces and Cajun Seasonings opened and ready for you to add to your Cajun-To-
Go, if we didn't make it spicy enough for you.  This is Minnesota after all!  Also, we have added brownies and a few more soft drinks to our product
line so your Saturday lunch and or dinner will be complete.  As the response to our new Saturday Cajun-To-Go increases we will be adding additional
days, hours  and products to our schedule.
Please note that our new Cajun-To-Go will be served on a first come first served basis. We will be monitoring the response of this and will try to
prepare enough food each day but apologize in advance if we run out.
